Gears of War: Judgement Unveiled
Ok, so I can hardly contain my excitement for this, I’m having a hard time even trying right now. GameInformer has released their new cover for next months issue of their magazine – and it’s for the next installment in the Gears of War series:
No other information has been released yet, but obviously Microsoft’s E3 conference will give us a better insight. The Side-Mission blog post states “The first-ever footage of the game will air live and exclusively on Spike TV and GameTrailers.com this Monday, June 4 at 12:30pm ET / 9:30am PT.” So we can look forward to that.

*UPDATE!!*
GameInformer.com has released more information, including the full cover:
That’s right, it’s Damon Baird and Augustus “Cole Train” Cole. The game is apparently called Gears of War: Judgement and other than that, there is still no information. We will definitely be finding out more with E3 only days away. The date and time above are still valid, as far as I know. So tune into E3 or catch my recaps at the end of each day if you are busy, like most are these days.
As a side note, I’d like to say that this game is just… So exciting for me this point. I really cannot wait to hear more about plot, story, characters, and all that good stuff. As A big Gears of War fan, I think I can safely say this is all just fantastic news!

Skyrim: Dawngaurd DLC Trailer
A trailer for the recently unveiled Dawngaurd DLC for The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim was released today. Check it out:
Some Elder Scrolls Online Details…
While browsing around the internet I’ve come across a few cool videos and articles about what to expect from the upcoming MMO set in the Elder Scrolls universe.
Here is a link to a video about the art of the game. I found this particularly interesting since art in games has always been important to me, as well as many others I’m sure. A game can feel good, play good, have good dialog, and even have a good story – but is the scenery and general look of the game good? If not, it really takes a fall. It’s hard to get into a game if the feeling of the scenery and world surrounding you is not done well, but we can all rest assured that this particular game will not fall short in this category. The Elder Scrolls series has always had beautiful scenery and a general gorgeousness about about them.
Next up – Combat. What is the combat going to be like for the Elder Scrolls Online? We have never experienced an Elder Scrolls MMO, so we know we are in for a bit different kind of gameplay than the usual single player RPG we are used to. In this video and article you will see the team getting everything together for the combat and general playstyle of the game.
A plethora of information can be found here, in the games hub on GameInformer.com
I’ll be updating here with more information as it comes out, so stayed tuned. Don’t forget that E3 is coming up and I plan on making all the information easily available for all of you who, like me, don’t want to spend time sifting through all the info to find what you want. Anyway, game on fellow gamers!
